Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Jr. Financial Reporting Analyst – MD&A & Earnings Disclosure. This position involves supporting the management team by providing detailed financial analysis and ensuring accuracy in critical disclosure materials. Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr - $32.61/hr Responsibilities Cross-referencing data between source documents to ensure consistency and accuracy. Verifying changes to the Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for correctness. Conducting audits of tabular data and narrative content in financial reports. Supporting the review of French-language MD&A and Earnings Release documentation. Assisting the Manager, Finance, with auditing functions and reporting procedures. Desired Skill-Set Minimum of 3 years of relevant financial analysis experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective time management skills to meet strict deadlines. Investigative mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Nice to Have Experience in auditing processes. Fluency or proficiency in French. Prior experience within a publicly traded or regulated environment.
