JOB SUMMARY The Stock Personnel is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the Centex Gas Station by receiving deliveries, stocking merchandise, maintaining inventory, and ensuring shelves and customer areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked. JOB DESCRIPTION The Stock Personnel assists with receiving, organizing, stocking, and maintaining merchandise and supplies throughout the Centex Gas Station. The position supports inventory control and store cleanliness while helping ensure products are properly stored and readily available for customers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Inventory and Stocking Receive and assist with incoming deliveries. Stock shelves, coolers, and designated merchandise areas. Organize products and supplies in appropriate storage areas. Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the Gas Station Supervisor. Assist with inventory counts as required. Ensure merchandise is organized and properly displayed. Rotate stock as required. Store Maintenance Maintain clean and organized shelves, storage areas, and stockrooms. Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the store and surrounding areas. Ensure customer areas remain clean and presentable. Report damaged products, shortages, or inventory concerns to the Gas Station Supervisor. General Responsibilities Follow all Bearspaw First Nation and Centex Gas Station policies and procedures. Follow applicable workplace health and safety procedures. Work professionally and respectfully with employees, customers, vendors, and community members. Assist other employees with operational duties as required. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Gas Station Supervisor. EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS Previous retail, stocking, warehouse, or inventory experience is considered an asset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable, responsible, and punctual. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS Must comply with all Bearspaw First Nation and Centex Gas Station policies and procedures. Must follow workplace health and safety requirements. Must maintain professional conduct when interacting with customers, employees, vendors, and community members. Must be reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
