We’re hiring a Retail Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational success of our growing store network. This is a hybrid position with work arrangements based out of our Toronto Midtown (250 Bowie Avenue) and Downtown (60 Adelaide Street East) Offices. In this role you will: The Retail Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Retail Operations and serve as the key point of contact for Silk & Snow stores, supporting operations, launches, and general maintenance. * Act as the primary contact for daily operational inquiries from assigned stores * Coordinate with various internal teams (CX, IT, supply chain, visual merchandising, etc.) to action store-level needs * Communicate promotional details, signage plans, and launch information to stores and follow up to ensure timelines are met * Support store openings and product launches by organizing and validating in-store execution (e.g., signage, layouts, merchandising) * Collect photos/audits from store teams and review them for compliance with brand standards, providing feedback when needed * Track replenishment needs and coordinate non-SKU item restocks (e.g., shopping bags, stickers, footpads) * Monitor adherence to SOPs, manage checklists, and flag deviations to the Manager of Retail Operations * Redirect operational issues or inquiries to the appropriate team and follow through until resolution * Gather field feedback to help optimize processes, improve launch execution, and inform larger strategic decisions The Qualifications and Experience we like to see: * 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, retail coordination, or project management (experience in a retail network or multi-store environment is a plus) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Detail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment * Skilled at relationship building and cross-functional coordination * Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while following through on execution * Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Docs * Familiarity with project management tools and Shopify/Storis & Fulfil.io is a plus * Travel required nationally for store-set-up Why our team members enjoy working at Silk & Snow: * We prioritize diversity and inclusivity in our company culture * Growth opportunities with an emphasis on hiring from within * You will be exposed to a streamlined training process and receive guidance and support that will set you up for success during and after training * You can access our learning platform with lots of free courses taught by experts to support your personal and professional development * We offer a competitive benefits package, which includes but is not limited to medical, dental, and vision. * Employee discount on all products and a free mattress and bedding set offered upon completion of the probationary period * Make a meaningful impact on our customers' sleep habits, contributing to their overall well-being * We foster a healthy work-life balance with our company's supportive environment * This is not just a job but a CAREER with potential opportunities for growth and advancement Additional Information: This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually. Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
