With operations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, our client’s Mississauga facility produces specialized paper-based packaging products used throughout the food industry. Quality, innovation, and food safety are at the heart of its operations, supported by SQF certification and a strong culture where safety always comes first. As a Production Supervisor, you will lead plant-floor operations on the day shift. You will oversee a team of approximately 25 production employees, supported by agency staff, ensuring that each shift is conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with production targets and food safety standards. This hands-on role is designed to keep you close to your team and the production lines, working collaboratively with the Plant Manager.
