Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing, acting as the internal subject matter expert. Design and execute personalized, data-driven campaigns across email, push, SMS, in-game, and emerging channels. Leverage first-party data to scale one-to-one engagement and enrich player profiles with behavioral insights. Optimize player journeys and CRM tech stack, including tooling, automation, and data infrastructure. Lead and develop the CRM team, fostering a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement. What we're looking for : 7 to 10 years of experience leading CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally within live service games, tech, or adjacent digital entertainment industries. Solid grasp of player data, segmentation, lifecycle modeling, and attribution. Comfort partnering with technical teams and influencing platform and tooling decisions. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions. Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work across disciplines and studios. Experience in the gaming industry is strongly preferred. Live service experience is a plus. Proficiency in evaluating and implementing new CRM and engagement tools.
