Le rôle Sous la supervision du gestionnaire de l'équipe Projets TI, tu feras partie de l'équipe Innovation. Dans ce rôle, tu travailleras main dans la main avec la production et l'équipe TI pour trouver les bons logiciels pour le studio, planifier leur arrivée et les déployer à grande échelle dans l'ensemble du studio. Quand quelqu'un demande « qu'est-ce qu'on devrait utiliser pour ça ? », c'est toi qui es dans la pièce pour répondre. Dans ce rôle, tu introduiras du nouveau matériel, de nouveaux logiciels et de nouvelles façons de travailler. Tu décideras ce qui vaut la peine d'être adopté et ce qui n'est que du bruit. Et tu passeras beaucoup moins de temps à fermer des billets qu'à bâtir ce qui empêchera ces billets d'exister.
