General Labour

Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Sort, pack, crate and package materials and products. * Check and weigh materials and products. * Trim, cut and de-bone various cuts of poultry. * Demonstrated ability to wear proper PPE (steel toe-rubber boots, hair nets, gloves, safety glasses, face coverings etc.) and comply with safety requirements. * Ability to maintain cleanliness of areas of responsibility. * Adhere to individual Product Standard Operating Procedures for components and packaging materials. * Interact and share information with Team Members at all levels (Lead Hands, Supervisors, Others). Actively participates in their work group. * Other tasks as assigned. Working Conditions: * Ability to work in varying temperatures and in damp wet conditions (Under 10˚C) * Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) * Physical requirements: standing and walking for extended periods of time, bending, and lifting. * Fast paced environment. Compensation: * Wage & Performance review after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period. Wage and performance will be reviewed annually. * Health care, LTD, Life Insurance following a 90-day probationary period for yourself and eligible family members (co-paid)

Responsible for sorting, packing, and processing poultry products while adhering to standard operating procedures. Maintains cleanliness of work areas and collaborates with team members and supervisors.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in damp, cold environments under 10°C. Requires the ability to stand for extended periods and strictly follow safety and PPE protocols.
