Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Berlitz Montreal in Montreal, QC. This role is responsible for engaging prospective learners, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable language programs and services. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, preparing and following up on quotations, and closing enrollments to meet sales targets. The Sales Specialist collaborates with the teaching and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, maintains accurate records in the CRM system, and participates in local marketing or promotional activities. The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing input on program offerings, and delivering a high level of customer service to support student satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse clients. Customer Service skills focused on building trust, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive learner experience. Proven Sales skills in prospecting, needs analysis, solution selling, and closing enrollments. Experience with Training or education-related services, and familiarity with Sales Management or working toward sales goals. Relevant experience in retail, education, or service-based sales; language school or training industry experience is an asset. Comfort working with CRM software, basic office applications, and managing multiple client interactions simultaneously. Ability to work on-site full-time in Montreal, QC, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and collaborative mindset. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
