As a Lean Business/Process Analyst, you will analyze data, uncover opportunities, and help optimize processes across the Distribution Centre. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and create smarter, more efficient ways of working. What you’ll do: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles such as FMEA, process mapping, value stream mapping to find optimization opportunities in existing business processes Gather project requirements by working with other members of the Lean team and other stakeholders. Perform detailed root cause and data analysis on performance metrics across services Identify areas of possible system improvement to enhance overall business performance, accounting for budgetary concerns and business goals Support implementation of business solutions and carryout necessary practices and processes Oversee the effectiveness of enterprise business processes and performance enterprise systems Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree level Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or equivalent would be considered an asset Detail oriented with the ability to think critically and deliver results in a fast-paced, changing environment. 2 years of process improvement experience in a professional services organization.
