Title: Data PowerBI Developer Location: North York, ON Reports to: Senior Manager, Software, Architecture and Data Length of Term: 3 months (about 53 business days, potential extension) Salary: $72-$78 per hour Inc. (7.25 hours per day) Hybrid: 3 days onsite About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and reports across both on-premises and cloud BI environments. The ideal candidate has strong SQL Server and BI stack expertise (SSIS/SSAS) and a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing reporting solutions using diverse data sources. Required Skills & Experience Hands-on experience in Power BI development (both Power BI Service/cloud and Power BI Report Server on-prem) Strong proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization, stored procedures) Solid working knowledge of SSIS (ETL development) and SSAS (tabular/multidimensional models) Proven experience building reports and dashboards from multiple, varied data sources Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, relationships, DAX) Experience with report performance tuning and troubleshooting Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
