Job Title: Senior IVR Developer (Amazon Connect) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 1 Year Location: Toronto Rate: Open Hybrid- 3 days Onsite/ Week Must haves: 5+ years of software development experience 3+ years of hands-on IVR development Amazon Connect experience in enterprise environments Experience delivering CCaaS / Contact Centre Transformation projects AWS skills: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch, EventBridge, SNS, SQS Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Java, or JavaScript Strong integration knowledge: REST, JSON, OAuth, JWT Agile delivery experience Nice to have: Financial services or banking background Amazon Lex, Conversational AI, or Agentic AI experience AWS certifications Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
