We are the amalgamation of two internationally recognized child-serving organizations: Boys & Girls Clubs and Big Brothers Big Sisters. BGCBigs provides safe, supportive spaces and positive mentoring relationships where young people experience new opportunities and develop confidence and skills for life. Through school and community partnerships, we help ensure young people have access to supportive programming, meal provision and mentoring so they can discover and achieve their full potential.

The coordinator is responsible for planning and delivering mentoring programs while providing support to matches to ensure safe and constructive relationships. They also maintain casework documentation and build relationships with community service providers to support children and families.

Plan and deliver recreational and educational afterschool programs for children aged 6 to 17. Provide direct supervision, behavior management, and mentoring while maintaining safety and documentation standards.
