Job summary

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Seasonal Culinary Administrator to support our culinary leadership team. This hybrid role combines culinary knowledge with strong administrative skills to keep our kitchens running smoothly across scheduling, payroll, inventory, and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: * Support culinary leadership with scheduling and payroll administration using UKG * Enter, update, and maintain accurate recipe documentation * Assist with inventory tracking and procurement processes * Maintain kitchen documentation including OH&S compliance, food safety logs, and training records * Coordinate communication between chefs, suppliers, and resort departments * Perform data entry, report generation, and general administrative support using Excel and other tools Qualifications: * Culinary experience (in kitchens, foodservice, or hospitality industry) * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and scheduling/payroll platforms, especially UKG * Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) documentation and procedures * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Assets: * Experience with recipe or inventory software (e.g., Optimum Control, MarketMan) * Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP * Previous experience supporting a multi-outlet culinary team Perks & Benefits: * Competitive seasonal wage * Staff housing available (if applicable) * Resort discounts and staff events * Opportunity to work with a dynamic, passionate culinary team in a beautiful mountain setting Wage: * $22/hour Start Date: * Early November 2026
