Position: Winter Lift Operator Reports to: Lift Manager\Supervisor Employment: Seasonal full time Job Description Position Requirements/Skills: * Experience with customer service skills and/or laboring skills * An eager attitude with a willingness to learn Duties and Responsibilities: * The safe and efficient operation of resort lifts * Maintaining lift log sheets and incident reports * Assisting the drive operator in the operation of drive and return terminals * Being alert to the mechanical condition of the lift and advising the drive operator of any abnormal/unsafe conditions * Maintain the load and unload ramps constantly * Maintaining fair and efficient line control with ridged ticket control * Keeping lift buildings neat and organized * Assisting with corrective or preventative maintenance * Operation lift related equipment as per company policy * Being familiar with the employee and lift manuals * Performing any other duties as required * Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times Wage: * $19.50/hr. Physical Demands: * Lifting Location: Big White Ski Resort
