Manage outbound calls, actively engage with clients, and provide a high level of service to build long-term relationships. Compensation: $17.60 per hour What You'll Do: * Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients * Promote and sell financial products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets * Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions * Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and helpful information * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize sales strategies * Record and document all sales activity accurately in the CRM system * Flexible availability - shifts will be a mixture of morning, afternoon and weekend * Previous experience in outbound sales or a call center environment preferred * Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills * A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a goal-driven mindset * Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-volume sales setting * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools * Availability to work hybrid based on our London, ON office on a full-time basis * ***Eligibility to work full time hours This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
