Technician, Apprentice Level 3 Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager. Job Summary The Apprentice Automotive Technician Level 3 plays an integral role at Birchwood Kia West achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction after the purchase of a vehicle. The successful candidate is will have the ability to maintain current product and technical knowledge, to estimate time of service and repair needed, and to diagnose and complete the required work right the first time. Using industry-leading technology, the Apprentice Automotive Technician (Level 3 or Higher) will diagnose repairs required on a wide range of vehicles. Candidates must be at Technician Level 3 or higher with a valid Class 5 driver's license and their own transportation. The role requires the ability to solve problems independently and a commitment to continuous professional development.
