Technician, Licensed Red Seal Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Service Manager. Job Summary The Automotive Technician plays an integral role at Birchwood achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction after the purchase of a vehicle. The successful candidate is will have the ability to maintain current product and technical knowledge, to estimate time of service and repair needed, and to diagnose and complete the required work right the first time. Using industry-leading technology, the Automotive Technician will diagnose repairs required on a wide range of vehicles. Shift Details: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays. A weekday off will be provided in lieu of each Saturday worked. Requirements
Candidates must be a Licensed Red Seal Technician (Level 4 and up) with a valid Class 5 driver's license and a clear driver's abstract. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to continuous professional development are required.
