Team members work with customers who require robust, safety-focused solutions for complex mechanical challenges. Role Description: The Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role based in Winnipeg, MB. This role identifies and qualifies new sales opportunities, manages existing accounts, and promotes Bison Power Tools’ product portfolio to industrial, commercial, and maintenance customers. Daily responsibilities include communicating with customers, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and negotiating pricing and terms in alignment with company guidelines. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with the technician and operations team to ensure accurate product recommendations and timely order fulfilment, while maintaining detailed cost records in CRM systems. The role also includes providing product training to customers, attending trade shows or industry events as needed, and contributing to sales strategies to support revenue growth. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. Sales and sales management skills to develop new business, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets. Training skills to deliver clear product information and educate customers on equipment use and safety. Experience in B2B sales is beneficial. Experience selling industrial, mechanical, or heavy equipment solutions is highly beneficial. Proficiency with CRM software and basic MS Office tools is preferred. Ability to visit customer locations to demonstrate a product and occasionally travel for meetings or events is an asset. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals and work collaboratively in a team environment. Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a technical field, or equivalent relevant experience, is an asset.
