Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, with flexibility to choose onsite days Contract Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension We are looking for a Financial Analyst II to support accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and control activities within a financial services environment. The successful candidate will work closely with internal business units and affiliates to support monthly and quarterly accounting processes, financial reporting deliverables, audits, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support monthly and quarterly accounting processes, including journal entries, trial balance uploads, JIRA requests, bank disbursements, reconciliations, and control checks. Assist with consolidated financial reporting deliverables, including financial disclosure checklists and asset roll-forwards. Prepare quarterly account reconciliations and supporting documentation for audit requests. Collaborate with affiliates and internal business units to provide accounting support, oversight, and resolve issues. Identify opportunities to standardize and automate manual processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in projects and other business initiatives as required. Ensure accounting and reporting activities are completed accurately and within established deadlines. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, or a related function. Progress toward an accounting or finance designation is strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with SAP and Workiva, including report building. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively within a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Additional Requirement Some overtime may be required during peak reporting periods, including month-end and quarter-end. Requirements

Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Workiva, and demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
