They are looking to add a hands-on, tech-forward Director of Operations to help stabilize, optimize, and scale their fulfillment and supply chain infrastructure. Lead cross-functional operational improvement projects, managing timelines, resources, budgets, and measurable outcomes. Ideal Candidate 10+ years of progressive operations leadership within e-commerce, consumer goods, fulfillment, or multi-site distribution. Proven experience with ERP, WMS, or OMS implementations/migrations and a strong aptitude for technology and automation. Deep knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, freight, LTL/FTL, cross-border logistics, and Amazon FBA. A hands-on, data-driven process builder who is comfortable moving between the warehouse floor, systems implementation, and strategic initiatives. REF LI #1787
