About the Role Our client is looking for a Manager, Finance to join their growing team. Reporting to the Controller, this role will support day-to-day accounting operations, including premium and claims accounting, reconciliations, general ledger activities, and month-end reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage premium, claims, broker, and bordereaux accounting activities. Perform reconciliations and support month-end close. Handle AP, expenses, journal entries, accruals, and general ledger activities. Work with underwriting, claims, brokers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Support financial controls and process improvements. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience. Insurance or specialty insurance experience is an asset. Strong Excel and accounting skills. CPA or progress toward CPA is preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong communicator.
