This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Assistant looking to take on a broader role and grow into an Office Manager position, with increasing responsibility for the firm’s administrative and operational functions. RESPONSIBILITIES Client onboarding and communications Billing, invoicing, and financial tracking Scheduling and coordinating with lawyers and clients Document organization and production Team onboarding and administrative support Preparation of court documents and filings Practice management and administrative support Vendor management and office operations Marketing and business development support QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm Strong oral and written communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Interest in growing into a broader office management and operations role
