Job summary
We’re hiring: People & Operations Coordinator | Blue Mountain / Collingwood We’re growing — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. We operate multiple hospitality concepts across the Blue Mountain and Collingwood area, and we’re looking for a People & Operations Coordinator who can play a key role across our businesses. This is not a traditional HR position. The role sits at the intersection of people, operations and profitability. You’ll help us find and develop great people while also taking ownership of important operational areas including procurement, supplier relationships and food costing. What you’ll own: Recruiting, interviewing and onboarding Supporting managers with training, coaching and employee development Building a strong hiring pipeline across multiple locations Employee documentation and performance processes Procurement and supplier relationships Product sourcing and competitive pricing Food cost analysis and identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve margins Supporting ownership with new openings, systems and company growth We’re looking for someone who is organized, resourceful, commercially minded and great with people. Hospitality experience is a major asset. You might currently be working in restaurant management, operations, recruiting, purchasing or a people-focused role and be ready for something with broader responsibility. This is a full-time, year-round, hands-on position based in the Blue Mountain/Collingwood area. You’ll spend time in our businesses, with our managers and with our teams — not sitting behind a desk all week.
