HOURLY RATE-$25.81 Full Time Hours WHAT WILL I BE DOING? In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible to support the Manager, Security while ensuring the complete implementation and success of resort security. Under the leadership of the Manager, Security, the Supervisor, Security will oversee tasks, handle situations and create an environment that ensures maximum level of protection, safety and comfort of guests and staff. The Supervisor, Security will promote a professional work environment while ensuring standards and expectations for exceptional service delivery are met. Assists in the development and implementation of standards of operation and policies Ensures processes and procedures are in place to protect company assets from theft and/or damage. Work together with those responsible at the resort for implementing controlled access, camera monitoring and other security monitoring devices Assists in training and managing the performance of Security staff Keeps detailed professional reports of incidents should they ever be required for court Documents and/or reviews all security incidents entered in the security incident log Notifies the OPP when appropriate to ensure the safety and integrity of the Resort WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME? Requirements
Candidates must have at least 2 years of security experience at Blue Mountain Resort and hold a valid Ontario Security License and Driver's License. Certification in First Aid and CPR, along with proficiency in MS Office, is required.
