The Parts Logistics team is responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of automotive parts through the national distribution network. The team drives operational excellence across warehouse, inventory, transportation, and retailer support functions while partnering with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders to ensure industry-leading service, inventory accuracy, and supply chain performance. What awaits you? Manage 3PL warehouse performance, ensuring service level targets for quality, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and on-time processing are achieved. Investigate and resolve operational exceptions related to order processing, inventory discrepancies, fulfillment issues, and retailer escalations. Monitor inventory health and replenishment, including cycle count accuracy, inventory valuation, stock replenishment, and part supersession management. Support retailer operations by resolving ETA inquiries, improving inventory availability, and ensuring timely receipt and putaway of incoming stock. Lead quality and claims management activities, including parts quality campaigns, defect analysis, dealer claims reviews, and corrective action implementation. Maintain warehouse systems and controls, including SAP updates, user access administration, EDI integrations, and system testing activities. Analyze performance and drive continuous improvement through KPI reporting, 3PL performance reviews, process enhancements, and operational cost optimization. What should you bring along? University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional experience in the field of warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations preferably within the automotive industry and a 3PL environment. Demonstrated experience managing and monitoring third-party logistics (3PL) providers, including performance management, service-level compliance, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for warehouse processing, fulfillment, inventory, and transportation exceptions. Advanced knowledge of SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), EDI integrations, and inventory management processes. Experience managing inventory accuracy programs, cycle count analysis, material posting reconciliation, inventory valuation reporting, and inventory replenishment strategies. Proven ability to develop operational performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in warehouse productivity, on-time performance, stock accuracy, and service quality. Experience supporting warehouse operations through quality campaigns, returns processing, dealer claim analysis, ETA resolution, and corrective action management to improve customer and retailer satisfaction. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with retailers, warehouse personnel, transportation providers, IT teams, and cross-functional business partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and performance tracking. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities is essential.
