Drafting professional written correspondence for residents and external stakeholders. Manage collections, deposits, and invoicing Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Education & Experience Post Secondary education Exceptional verbal, writing and communication skills, supported by significant experience in administrative and professional environments. Technical Requirements Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to learn and adapt to changing systems and new technology Non-technical Requirements Excellent administrative skills Detail-oriented and diligent Ability to handle sensitive information and always maintain utmost confidentiality with tact, diplomacy and integrity Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment Ability to multi-task and prioritize Additional Details Full time in-office work required Posting for bwalk.com ___________________________________________________________ Interested applicants are invited to submit a cover letter and resume.
