Job Description Posted Friday, September 11, 2026 at 4:00 a.m. Responsibilities Respond to service calls regarding tenant requests. Carry out various carpentry tasks in buildings. Perform any other related tasks. Professional Requirements High School Diploma (DES - Secondary 5) Hold a recognized journeyman carpenter license from the CCQ (Quebec Construction Commission) or RBQ (Quebec Building Board) Five (5) years of experience as a general maintenance carpenter. Technical Requirements Valid Class 5 driver's license and own a car at the time of hiring Knowledge of spoken and written French Knowledge of English - an asset Non-Technical Requirements Good knowledge of techniques and practices used in the trade. Ability to work and perform tasks according to trade rules, established procedures, and independently. Ability to assess and manage job risks and take safety precautions.

Requirements
Requires a high school diploma, a recognized journeyman carpenter license from the CCQ or RBQ, and five years of experience as a general maintenance carpenter. Candidates must have a valid Class 5 driver's license and their own car at hiring, knowledge of spoken and written French, and the ability to work independently while following trade procedures and safety practices; English is an asset.
