We are proud to provide these amazing benefits: Competitive wages Access to on-demand pay – get your money as soon as you earned it through Dayforce Wallet Profit-sharing Flexible group medical and dental Fitness and Wellness reimbursement Training and Development allowance Group RRSP matching Up to 20% rental discounts, and more! ___________________________________________________________ Responsibilities Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers Pest control (inspection and application) Ensure daily communication with the Leader and team members Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment Ensure proper and accurate inventory management Safely transport equipment and pesticides in own vehicle as required Complete all required paperwork for the position Maintenance, Landscaping and Cleaning duties as required Complete other tasks as assigned by the Leader Experience And Educational Requirements Must hold valid Provincial Pesticide Applicator Licence (additional training may be required) Technical Requirements Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written Non-Technical Requirements Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtained Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Strong planning and organizational skills coupled with ability to multi-task and prioritize (excellent time-management skills) Ability to work independently (self-managed) and with other Associates in a team environment Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature Displays a high level of initiative and commitment to excellence Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness Ensure have all tools on the tool list prior to end of probationary period Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment Ability to work in confined spaces, high temperature and or enclosed environments ___________________________________________________________ Interested applicants are invited to submit a cover letter and resume. Perform pest control inspections and applications to ensure the health and safety of customers. Manage equipment maintenance, inventory, and complete required documentation while assisting with general maintenance and landscaping.

Must possess a valid Provincial Pesticide Applicator Licence and be proficient in English. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 90kg and working in confined or high-temperature environments.
