Utiliser des machines, de l'équipement ou des outils manuels pour couper, profiler, découper et ajuster des éléments en composite afin de former des pièces et des assemblages; Assembler des matériaux composites sur des modèles pour former des pièces et des assemblages au moyen de matériaux de liaison; Utiliser des pistolets à enduire pour appliquer des mélanges de résine à des moules en métal ou en bois afin de former des produits en composite; Charger et utiliser des autoclaves/four de cuisson pour assurer le mûrissement et la liaison des pièces et des assemblages partiels en composite; Utiliser de l'équipement de finition afin de détourer, de meuler ou de polir les produits et leur donner une forme finale. Opérer des presses plieuses, scies et perceuses pour transformer la matière première. Utiliser une machine a inspection CMM laser de poursuite un atouts How to thrive in this role? What you’ll do

The Composite Tool Maker will utilize various techniques to create composite molds and tools, as well as assemble composite materials into parts and assemblies. They will operate machinery and equipment to cut, shape, and finish composite materials.

Requirements

Candidates should have a DEC in Mechanical Engineering or a DEP in Composite Manufacturing, along with knowledge of tolerances and GD&T. Practical experience with laser tracking and Polyworks systems is a plus.
