What are your contributions to the team? Here’s what your day-to-day might include: Helping plan, track, and execute projects for the Global 8000 aircraft. Building project schedules and supporting implementation plans. Monitoring progress to make sure everything stays on track. Assisting the Project Engineer with reporting and performance tracking. Preparing business cases and budgets to help guide decisions. Communicating with people across departments and outside the company. Keeping documents, project timelines, and databases up to date. Supporting key team goals and learning how to manage KPIs. Identifying risks and working on creative ways to handle them. Solving real-world problems using both logic and innovation. Joining product development meetings and learning how priorities are set. Practicing your written and verbal communication through reports and presentations. How to thrive in this role? You're working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or something similar (Required) You’re great with Microsoft Office, especially: Excel (advanced is a plus!) MS Project PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams You have strong communication and time-management skills You can clearly explain your ideas—written or spoken You’re a team player and build positive relationships easily You’re flexible and can handle changing priorities You’re creative and care about the quality of your work You’ve done project management, budgeting, or scheduling before (a bonus) You’ve worked in aerospace or manufacturing (nice to have) You’re comfortable working independently and figuring things out You speak English fluently; French is a bonus Min 4 months internship and be willing to work from Toronto or Montreal Office 2 times per week. Boarding Information: Location: Global 7500/8000 Duration: 4 months Flexible workplace-Hybrid It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.

Requirements

Candidates must be current students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and MS Project) and fluency in English are required.
