Balance business priorities with technical feasibility, scalability, security, and delivery timelines. Technical Leadership Lead technical discussions involving architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, application performance, cloud infrastructure, and deployment. Facilitate design and solution discussions between engineering and business stakeholders. Understand the technical implications of product decisions and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Partner with engineering leads to evaluate technical approaches, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs. Participate in troubleshooting and production issue discussions when required. Ensure technical decisions remain aligned with business objectives. Delivery & Execution Own product/technical delivery from requirements through development, QA, UAT, production deployment, and post-production validation. Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, demos, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Track dependencies, risks, blockers, timelines, and deliverables. Work closely with QA to ensure appropriate test coverage and acceptance criteria. Support UAT and production validation when required. Help coordinate production issues and ensure timely resolution. Stakeholder Management Serve as a key interface between business stakeholders, engineering, QA, product, and leadership. Build trust and effective working relationships across diverse teams. Communicate complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Manage expectations around scope, timelines, risks, and trade-offs. Demonstrate strong judgment, people instincts, and the ability to navigate challenging situations.
