Why Wright Canada Holdings: A Company Culture of Safety, Family, Integrity, Excellence and Stewardship Pay rate of $30 to $36 per hour We provide ALL equipment needed except your CSA Certified Work Boots Working shifts of 9 days on and 5 days off Compensated travel time, depending on working location, and live out allowance Medical and Dental benefits Employee Ownership potential Key Responsibilities: Load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris, or feed brush into a woodchipper. Assist in site set-up and take-down, including equipment handling and maintaining site cleanliness. Commitment to working safely and supporting a positive team environment. Perform physically demanding manual labor in various weather conditions. Other duties as required. Experience and Knowledge Expectations: Basic knowledge of trees, including identification and growth habits. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record; air brakes endorsement is a plus. Ability to work as part of a team in physically demanding environments. Motivated to learn independently and from team members, with strong time management skills. Proficiency in operating and maintaining tools and equipment. Comfortable working in noisy environments with proper PPE. Willingness to work long hours, overtime, and participate in on-call rotations during emergencies. Valid First-Aid and CPR certificates.
