Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for two industrial technology product lines while building the corporate brand. Lead an in-house creative team and an offshore web development pod to execute digital experiences and demand generation programs.
Job details
Bradford Jacobs has partnered with a newly independent technology and industrial group headquartered in Toronto. The group is developing and commercialising innovative products across technology and robotics, alongside strategic investments within the technology sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, senior leadership team at an early stage and play a central role in building the organisation through its first phase of growth. This is an opportunity to shape two emerging industrial technology businesses—and the company behind them. Our client is looking for a marketing leader who enjoys building from scratch. You'll define positioning, create demand, oversee creative execution, and establish a corporate brand that supports long-term growth and public market ambitions. You'll lead a small, talented creative team while directing an offshore web development pod to deliver digital experiences that would typically be outsourced to agencies. What You'll Do Develop the positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for two industrial technology product lines. Build and evolve the corporate brand alongside the product brands. Lead product launches from planning through execution. Manage an in-house creative team consisting of one copywriter and two designers. Prioritise and manage the delivery pipeline for an offshore web development pod across multiple websites, campaign pages and investor-facing platforms. Create demand generation programmes that deliver qualified opportunities to the sales team. Oversee corporate websites, product websites, digital campaigns and investor communications. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align marketing with business growth objectives. What You'll Bring: Experience in B2B product marketing for technical or industrial products. A track record of successfully launching complex products to market. Previous experience managing creative teams and coordinating remote or offshore production teams across time zones. Strong strategic thinking combined with a willingness to be hands-on with messaging, copy editing and creative review. Excellent project management and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly. Why Join? This role offers genuine ownership. You'll help define how the market sees our products and our company while building an in-house marketing function with broad responsibility across brand, digital, product marketing and demand generation. If you enjoy creating strategy, leading creative teams and bringing new technologies to market, we'd like to hear from you. Compensation Base salary: CAD $78,000–$98,000 Stock option grant Full-time, office-based role in Toronto
