BrainRidge Consulting is seeking a motivated and experienced Solution Architect to play a key role in leading the design and implementation of end-to-end technical solutions for our enterprise initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and drive the solution architecture for complex programs Facilitate consensus among various stakeholders to ensure alignment on solutions Develop and maintain comprehensive Solution Architecture documents Present and advocate for proposed architectures in Architecture Governance forums Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security Architecture, and Application Subject Matter Experts to develop comprehensive solutions Foster collaboration within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment Navigate and manage complex technical environments Present technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Qualifications 8+ years working as a Solution Architect Strong experience or knowledge across multiple technology stacks, including Mainframe, Java, full stack, web, and application servers Proven experience in designing and integrating APIs Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure Experience with streaming technologies like Kafka Familiarity with various messaging technologies Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Experience leading solution architecture in large-scale programs Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires 8 or more years of experience as a Solution Architect and experience across multiple technology stacks, including mainframe, Java, web, and application servers. Candidates should have API integration, cloud, streaming, messaging, DevOps, and CI/CD experience, along with the ability to lead large-scale architecture initiatives and manage competing priorities and stakeholders.
