Clients can train individually to progress at their own pace or train with a partner to share costs and stay motivated together. The studio’s philosophy centers on helping clients move better, feel better, and perform better through structured, supportive training. Role Description This is a part-time position (with the intent of becoming full-time if desired over time), on-site Personal Trainer role based in Edmonton, AB. The Personal Trainer will design and deliver individualized and partner training programs, demonstrate proper exercise technique, and lead full-body workouts in a safe, supportive environment. Day-to-day tasks include conducting fitness assessments, monitoring progress, adjusting programs as needed, and educating clients on effective training and healthy lifestyle habits. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized training space, collaborating with other trainers to support client success, and contributing to a positive, inclusive studio culture. Qualifications Strong skills in Personal and Partner Training, with the ability to program and deliver individualized and partner workout programs. Experience with Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support varied fitness goals and athletic performance. Knowledge of Nutrition principles to provide basic guidance that complements client training plans. Relevant certification in personal training from a recognized organization (Can-Fit-Pro/NASM/ACE/NSCA). Ability to demonstrate and teach proper exercise technique, with a focus on safety and injury prevention. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centred, inclusive approach. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple clients and sessions efficiently. Previous experience in a studio, gym, or athletic setting is an asset. CPR certification and personal liability insurance required.
