Storekeeper

The Storekeeper is responsible for the physical receiving, inspection, storage, and issuing of food and operational supplies for the vessel. They must maintain accurate inventory records, ensure proper stock rotation, and adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards.

Steward - Food and Beverage Services

The steward is responsible for the cleaning and sanitization of the galley, public dining areas, and storage facilities on the vessel. They also assist with the replenishment of dining supplies and the movement of provisions to ensure efficient culinary operations.
