Position Type: Seasonal Contract, Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available Hours of Work: Variable, Monday through Sunday, days and evenings (closed Tuesdays) – Holidays, as required Location: Orono, Ontario Reporting to: Terrain Park Supervisor and Risk Manager Start Date: December/January 2026/27 At Brimacombe ski area we don’t just offer skiing and snowboarding, we offer a place for all ages to get outside, enjoy the fresh air and create memorable family experiences! We are currently seeking outgoing, customer-focused team members to help us turn everyday visits into wonderful winter memories. As part of our Terrain Park Team, you will take a key role in creating unforgettable customer experiences, as well as defining the culture of our team. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining safe and efficient operation and control over Vault, Piggy Bank and Snow Cross Course at all times Upkeep of features and surrounding relevant areas, including testing features on skis or snowboard Accurate completion of required daily records Daily set up and takedown of park related features and safety equipment Engage with and educate guests in safe use of Freestyle Terrain Provide superior guest service at all times Prevention of access by anyone without a helmet or proper passes Maintain a friendly and outgoing personality Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Abide by Brimacombe’s standards and policies at all times Using two-way radios for communication Being a lean, mean snow shovelling machine, because snow happens here...a lot! Delivering support when needed to prevent/resolve customer issues Ready to take on any challenge or help other team members when needed Provide support for successful Terrain Park events Qualifications: 18 years of age, or older Skiing/Snowboarding experience necessary: must be able to test features by doing 50/50s or Ski Slides on boxes, rails and straight airing jumps Professional, energetic and dependable Customer satisfaction-oriented Must be able to reason and react with quick and thoughtful judgement while remaining calm under pressure Strong communication skills Attention to detail To Apply: Please complete an electronic application by clicking the APPLY button associated with this posting.
