Job Description The Director, FP&A will join the Brookfield Credit Group Finance team and will report into Senior Vice President, Finance. The Director will primarily be responsible for supporting Brookfield’s Credit business with planning and forecasting processes, including trend analysis and tracking performance against our financial targets. The successful candidate will prepare clear and thoughtful analyses in support of a large variety of deliverables and presentations. The successful candidate will also work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including the broader finance and operations teams across our partner managers, BAM and BN. Responsibilities: * Oversee FP&A consolidation for BAM’s global Credit segment, including forecasts, business plans and quarterly non-GAAP results, ensuring completeness, accuracy and appropriate review of key outputs * Own the OneStream FP&A system for the Credit segment, including oversight of system changes, enhancements and ongoing utilization to support management reporting, forecasting and analysis * Serve as first reviewer of consolidated forecasts, actual results and business plans, including detailed analysis of key drivers, trends and variances prior to senior team review * Manage quarterly timelines and deliverables across the Credit Group, ensuring operating company submissions are received, reviewed and submitted to BAM in accordance with required deadlines * Coordinate quarterly earnings, forecast and actuals submissions for Credit Segment into BAM reporting, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate and aligned with required timelines * Perform first review of corporate forecasts prepared by financial analyst, incorporating input from the VP Controller as required * Prepare quarterly Credit sub-segment profitability analysis, including detailed review of performance drivers and trends * Prepare and review quarterly results presentation decks and present results to members of senior management * Serve as a key finance liaison with the Credit segment’s largest subsidiary, supporting its finance team through business planning, reporting and issue resolution * Manage 1–2 Financial Analysts responsible for preparing consolidated forecasts, results and business plans, while remaining hands-on in detailed review, analysis and execution of core FP&A deliverables * Build strong relationships across the organization and with portfolio companies, fostering open communication, collaboration and effective problem-solving to support timely, accurate and decision-useful reporting * Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity and scalability of FP&A reporting, forecasting and analysis Qualifications & Requirements: * Degree in finance, accounting or related business discipline and CPA designation * 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Financial Reporting * 1-2 years of professional finance management experience * Expert with MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint); Experience with OneStream a plus * Strong quantitative and analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to assess complex situations and make clear recommendations * Highly organized self-starter with strong communication skills, sound professional ethics, and a commitment to continuous improvement Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 CAD Brookfield is committed to maintaining a Positive Work Environment that is safe and respectful; our shared success depends on it. Requirements

Requires a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with a CPA designation and 5-7 years of progressive FP&A or financial reporting experience. Must have 1-2 years of professional finance management experience and expert proficiency in MS Office.
