THE ROLE Stock Associate Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming stock to ensure inventory accuracy. Ensure the sales floor, shelves, storage areas, and aisles are consistently stocked, tidy, and well-organized for efficient product access. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom, adhering to company safety protocols and inventory management standards. Collaborate with team members and management to identify and resolve stock discrepancies or inventory issues in a timely manner. Support the sales team needs while prioritizing the customer experience. Demonstrate flexibility and carry out stock-related tasks quickly and accurately.
