Automotive Service Manager

Lead and develop the service teams while overseeing daily department operations, repair quality, customer satisfaction, safety, and compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards. Monitor financial performance and repair processes, set goals, address escalated customer concerns, and coordinate with the Parts Department and dealership management to improve operational results.
