Posting 2027-135: Long Term Occasional Elementary Support Teacher (0.4 FTE) HFA This position is to provide daily coverage and support to a Teacher with a Transitional Certificate in their final practicum in order for them to complete their educational requirements. The teacher will also provide mentorship, coaching (ex. classroom management and report card writing), co-teaching, and other supports deemed beneficial. Duties to commence October 19, 2026 and end on or about December 16, 2026 (or earlier if circumstances change). Schedule: Monday's, and Wednesday's Location: Holy Family Catholic School, Hanover Grade(s): Grade 7, 8, and Core French Qualifications Hold a Certificate of Registration for Ontario College of Teachers valid for assignment as an Elementary Teacher at the time of application. Hold qualifications in Intermediate Division. Holds qualifications in FSL (preferred). Hold qualification in Special Education (an asset). Hold a Religious Education Certificate Part I or a Letter of Equivalency (preferred). We thank you for your interest; however only those selected for in interview will be contacted. Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Registration qualifying them to teach elementary students and hold Intermediate Division qualifications. French as a Second Language and Religious Education qualifications are preferred, while Special Education qualification is an asset.
