Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for internal and external vacancies, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans. Source and attract high-quality talent through traditional and innovative recruitment methods. Review and assess applications to determine candidate suitability based on qualifications, experience, and organizational needs. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and effective follow-up. Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure recruitment strategies align with operational and workforce planning needs. Maintain transparent, equitable, and compliant hiring practices while navigating union protocols and candidate eligibility requirements. Represent Bruce Power as an employer of choice through career fairs, campus recruitment initiatives, community outreach events, industry networking opportunities, and talent attraction programs. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources, or other relevant field of study At least 2 years’ experience working within Human Resources or Recruitment Experience sourcing and engaging talent using LinkedIn and other social media channels Demonstrated communication and relationship-building skills to ensure positive candidate experiences Experience sourcing external talent Experience recruiting in a unionized work environment considered an asset Previous experience with Workday considered an asset Are you ready for a change?
