The Director of Care is responsible for the overall direction and supervision of nursing and personal care staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. They also manage clinical compliance, lead investigations into concerns, and coordinate clinical services in accordance with the Fixing Long Term Care Act. Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree in Nursing (BScN) and a valid CNO registration, with at least three years of clinical nursing experience and five years of progressive leadership experience. Proficiency in both English and French is required, and a Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
