Role Description The Instructor Therapist is a part-time, hybrid role based in Hamilton, ON with travel to Niagara Region. This position involves implementing ABA-based programs with children and youth, following treatment plans developed by clinical supervisors. Day-to-day tasks include running structured teaching sessions, collecting and recording data on learner progress, assisting with skill development in communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily living, and supporting generalization of skills across home, school, and community settings. The Instructor Therapist collaborates with clinical team members, participates in team meetings, and provides feedback on program effectiveness. The role also includes communicating regularly with caregivers in a professional, supportive manner and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Qualifications Willing to travel within the Hamilton/Niagara region A Degree or Diploma in Applied Behaviour Analysis, psychology, or related field Strong interpersonal and time-management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Access to own vehicle Must be able to commute to various locations within the Hamilton/Niagara region At least 1 year of experience implementing individualized programming (both behaviour reduction plans and skills acquisition programs) using the principles of ABA Experience conducting various assessments (ABLLS-R, VBMAPP, AFLS etc.) Experience with various methods of data collection Experience with parent coaching Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 6 months Part-time / Full-time Benefits: Casual dress Company events Flexible schedule On-site parking

Requirements

Requires a degree or diploma in Applied Behaviour Analysis, psychology, or a related field, at least one year of experience implementing individualized ABA programming, and experience with assessments, data collection, and parent coaching. Candidates must have a vehicle, be able to travel throughout the Hamilton/Niagara region, and have a Vulnerable Sector Screening completed within the last six months.
