Lead and manage assigned National Account/ Banner customers to ensure Sales, Gross Margin and Share of Wallet targets are met or exceeded Work collaboratively with Uni-Select/ Bumper to Bumper team members and customer contacts, including both national and regional leadership teams, at various levels across multiple locations to build and execute initiatives that grow BTB’s share of wallet Collaborate with BTB regional sellers and internal support groups to drive customer initiatives and establish objectives and metrics to measure and report on the success of these initiatives Work with Director of National Accounts/ Banners on the re-negotiation of current and future contracts Ensure on-time and profitable renewals & updates of pricing contracts. Utilize superior sales and relationship building techniques to understand customer requirements and needs and position BTB value proposition to differentiate it from its competitors and leverage SAX, Uni-Pro and Bumper to Bumper Auto Service programs. Demonstrate leadership through active participation in developing strong relationships with BTB stakeholders including RSM’s, SBM’s, Legal, Financial Services, Product Management, National Accounts, Regional teammates, and Senior Executive to support your growth goals. Expertise & Essential Skills: 3 to 5 years sales experience selling to large, complex and/or multi-site customers Professional demeanour and ability to work with all levels externally, as well as internally Exceptionally strong project management, time-management, negotiation, and presentation skills Extremely organized, flexible, proactive, and creative Proficient computer skills and aptitude Possession of a valid license and a suitable vehicle A post secondary education is preferred Willingness and the ability to travel is required Why Bumper to Bumper?
