Hours & Roster Details: * Employment Type: Fixed Term until 07-Nov-2027. * Hours: 32 hours per week. * Shift Time: Morning shifts, 7am to 3pm. The purpose of this job Windsor Park is a 77-bed certified care home providing rest home, hospital and dementia care. This gives you the opportunity to use your clinical judgement across different resident needs while working within your enrolled nursing scope. Your mornings will include supporting resident care, completing clinical observations, assisting with medicines within scope, maintaining clear records and reporting changes to the Registered Nurse. You will need to be organised, calm and confident working with residents, whānau, caregivers and the wider clinical team. As a Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to residents across rest home, hospital or psychogeriatric settings. * You’ll deliver person-centred care aligned with Nursing Council of New Zealand competencies, ensuring residents’ wellbeing, dignity and safety while supporting their individual needs * Success in this role looks like leading care delivery, embracing new care product innovations, and making clinical decisions while delivering safe, evidence-based care * You will excel at building strong relationships with residents and whānau, while actively contributing to continuous quality improvement What you’ll need to make it possible * Current Nursing Council of New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate * NZ aged care experience preferred; other RN backgrounds considered * Demonstrated improvements in care plans, assessments and documentation quality * Identifies health changes early and acts to ensure safety * Communicates effectively with residents, whānau, teams and providers * Maintains clinical standards, accurate documentation and quality improvement * Confident using clinical systems, records and reporting tools.
