Hands-on experience creating and executing API payloads in Postman Experience testing Genesys call flows from the Genesys UI perspective, rather than through phone calls Working/Testing knowledge of the Genesys UI, including checking call status, agent scripts, and secured messages Working/Testing knowledge of CRM integration to Genesys Working/Testing knowledge of chatbots and live-agent interactions
