Position: Program manager Location: Toronto Canada Hybrid Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: 15+ years of experience in IT and Digital Transformation, leading large-scale programs across web, mobile, cloud, AI, CRM, and customer experience platforms from strategy through execution. Own end-to-end program delivery, including roadmap planning, scope management, budgeting, resource allocation, governance, and executive stakeholder management across multiple workstreams. Lead and mentor cross-functional global teams comprising Product Managers, Architects, UX/UI, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions at scale. Drive Agile program execution, managing risks, dependencies, vendor partnerships, release planning, and operational KPIs to ensure predictable delivery and business outcomes. Partner with business and technology leadership to define digital strategy, identify transformation opportunities, and deliver measurable customer, operational, and revenue benefits..
