Full Stack Java Developer Experience: 1–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with 1–5 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java backend development along with hands-on experience in at least one modern frontend framework such as React or Angular. Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications using Java. Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot/Spring Framework. Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React or Angular. Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following development best practices. Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Work with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving application quality. Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, developers, and other stakeholders. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot production and development issues and provide timely resolutions. Maintain technical documentation related to applications and APIs. Required Skills 1–5 years of professional software development experience. Strong programming experience in Java. Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework. Hands-on experience developing REST APIs / Web Services. Frontend development experience with React OR Angular. Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience working with SQL and relational databases. Knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket or similar version-control tools. Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software development principles. Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with Microservices architecture. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging technologies. Exposure to automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, or Selenium. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on Full Stack Developer who is comfortable working across both Java backend and modern frontend technologies, with strong fundamentals, good coding practices, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile development environment.
