POSITION DETAILS What You Will Do * Partner with internal clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, identify learning gaps, and recommend effective training solutions that support Associate success and Member-focused service * Apply adult learning principles to develop practical, learner-centered solutions that support different learning styles and help Associates build knowledge, confidence and capability * Design and develop engaging learning materials that support both synchronous and asynchronous such as self-directed online modules utilizing the latest technologies, live instructor engaging presentations and facilitator guides, participant guides and workbooks, demonstration videos, job aids and infographics * Stay ahead of industry trends relating to things like learning approach and technology *Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply. Who You Are * Post-secondary degree/diploma and a degree/certificate (or willingness to obtain) in Adult Education * Minimum 5 years of design and developmentexperience on mid to large scale programs with live instructor and self-directed learning solutions * Experience facilitation of training programs * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Experience using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred * Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills * French language proficiency is an asset * This is a hybrid position Internal applicants are asked to formally express their interest by applying online no later than 10 business days of the position being posted. Requirements

Requires a post-secondary degree/diploma and a certificate in Adult Education with at least 5 years of design and development experience. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred, along with strong communication and facilitation skills.
